At Rozetta, We aim to ensure our customers’ satisfaction and provide the best possible shopping experience.

Order Inspection Before Payment

Customers are allowed to inspect and try on the items at the time of delivery before making the payment to ensure that the fabric, size, and color meet their expectations.

 

Responsibility During Delivery

Customers are responsible for checking the items carefully before completing the payment. Completing the payment to the courier is considered final acceptance of the order.

No Returns or Exchanges After Payment

Once the order has been paid for and accepted, and the courier has left the delivery location, returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refused Orders

If the customer refuses to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for paying the full shipping cost.

Right to Refuse Future Orders

Rozetta reserves the right to refuse future orders or require prepaid shipping from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

فحص الطلب قبل الدفع

يمكن للعميل فحص وتجربة الطلب عند الاستلام للتأكد من أن الخامة والمقاس واللون مطابقين لتوقعاته وذلك قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

مسؤولية العميل عند الاستلام

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية فحص المنتجات جيدًا قبل إتمام الدفع لمندوب الشحن، ويُعد إتمام الدفع بمثابة قبول نهائي للطلب.

 

عدم قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد الدفع

بمجرد دفع قيمة الطلب واستلامه ومغادرة مندوب الشحن، لا يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأي سبب من الأسباب.

 

رفض استلام الطلب

في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتحمل العميل كامل تكلفة الشحن.

الطلبات المستقبلية

يحتفظ متجر روزيتا بالحق في رفض الطلبات المستقبلية أو طلب دفع مصاريف الشحن مقدمًا من العملاء الذين يكررون رفض استلام الطلبات.
